Hope this post finds you well.
It’s been a relaxed week so far. I even felt a tad lost on Tuesday because there wasn’t much to do! I got lots of washing done and even did some clearing out and adding bits to Vinted. My balance is looking rather good at the moment as I’ve been adding a couple of items every so often and they seem to be popular. There’s no rhyme or reason as to what’s going to sell so it’s just a matter of adding stuff and seeing how it goes. I’ve bought a dress on there recently which I’m waiting to see what it’s like when it arrives, it for the hen weekend so colour and style is under wraps at the moment!
I took a trip up to Westwood Cross on Tuesday, I wanted to get some shorts for David in TK Maxx and found just the ones he wanted. You might know they sell designer clothing at a fraction of the original price and I bagged two pairs of Polo Ralph Lauren shorts for just under £50 each!! I also had a wander around River Island and came home with a lovely pair of white wide leg trousers that were on the sale rail. The price tag if £29 was very appealing so I sealed the deal and purchased them immediately. I’ll style them soon so you can see the white beauties.
Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments.
Today I’m sharing a wide leg jean with you. These are from the big range of athleisure wear from Halara and you can view the waffle trousers from last week and the soft linen like pants here.
So the jeans have a nice “give” to them making them exceedingly stretchy and give the ultimate comfort. I’ll happily slip them on at the end of the day when my stomach is a bit larger, if you know what I mean! I picked wide leg * which are almost a palazzo style. I also chose the shorter length and these are best suited to flat dolly shoes or sandals and also trainers would be perfect for them.
You’ll be impressed to hear these Halara jeans come in 5, yes 5 leg lengths and 8 size ways starting from a UK6! The choice of colours is incredible, there’ll be a suitable pair for every season.
Finally - no outfit is complete without sunnies, these are from a big selection at Goodlookers, do give them a look as the choice is almost endless. 🤍

My pleasure Kathrine. Thanks for joining me xx
DeleteLovely bag! And great jeans, I still love those too. Actually I'm wearing them now.
ReplyDeleteOh thanks Nancy, I’m pleased with both bits x
DeleteLove this casual outfit! I am such a fan of crochet and lace, and I think when it fades from the fashion forefront, it is going to remain a staple in my wardrobe forever. A comfy pair of jeans is a great find and those fit you perfectly. The Teddy Blake statement bag is fantastic color, I can see it easily brightening up fall and winter outfits, also. Thanks for sharing, and hope you have a good week!
ReplyDeleteGlad you do like it, many thanks for stopping by xx
DeleteGorgeous outfit - love the two yellow tones and the bookending of the crochet and cut-out detailing on your flats! I haven't bought any Halara jeans yet, but they seem to be universally raved about. This pair looks smashing on you.
ReplyDeleteThank you Sally, I’m so happy with these jeans, they’re really comfy x
DeleteI really like how you layered the pale yellow under the crochet top! Very pretty! I didn't know Halara had that many lengths! That is kind of nice and practical. I have yet to try a pair though. It's been busy here, coming back from vacation but it should slow down next week.

Violetta
I’m really pleased with the whole look thanks for leaving this comment and hope to see you again xx
DeleteHalaras are making a big splash on my side of the pond, too! You look fabulous in them. I'm so short that I'm afraid they would lose quite a bit of their silhouette. Thanks so much for the link up. Please consider linking up on Tuesdays with Fashion Files and Thursdays for Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!

They’re so easy to wear Marsha, do give them a try. Thanks for joining me today xx
DeleteThis is such a cute summer outfit, Jacqui. I love how the crochet top coordinates so well with those adorable flat shoes. I need to try some Halara jeans for myself. I keep reading really great things about them. I don't wear jeans often because they aren't soft enough so I think Halara might be the way to go!
ReplyDeleteShelbee
Thanks Shelbee, yes they are worth a look. Styles and colours to suit everyone. Have a super week x
DeleteThat yellow Teddy Blake bag is such a gorgeous pop of color! 💛 I love how it brightens the whole outfit, and pairing it with the Halara jeans keeps the look casual but polished. The combination feels fresh, cheerful, and perfect for summer. The Lake District looked beautiful too—what a lovely weekend getaway!
ReplyDeleteI’ve used this gorgeous bag so many times and plan to take it to Sicily when we go. Thanks for your lovely comment and good to see you on the blog again soon xx
