New Cropped Jeans - Chic & Stylish Linkup.

Sorry I’m a day late, I had some technical issues, all resolved now!

It’s been a busy few weeks for me what with helping paint my son’s new house, looking after some of the grandkids and attending gym classes it’s been full on!

I’m sure getting older doesn’t help either, I feel I need a holiday!

I had to change a something in Matalan yesterday so I had a look around the store hoping to see some new styles, alas they’ve not arrived yet so I had a look through the sale rail. I came home with a nice pair of cropped jeans that I plan to take up to have a big turn up on them. They only cost £8.50 so if it doesn’t work it’s no big loss but I’ll still wear them. I also got a chunky turtle neck sleeveless jumper. It looked okay on and I plan to wear it over shirts. I’ll see how that feels as sometimes knitted jumpers make me itch!

So here’s my look today, I’ve popped the jeans on before taking them up but I like the relaxed look with flats and this chunky vest top. 

Let me tell you more about these jeans. I wanted some that are cropped leg with a turn up. I’ve been looking everywhere but until now haven’t found what I want. So when I saw these in the sale and they were the right size I tried them on. They fit really well and I reckon look great too, what do you think? Even better when I found the £11 sale price had fallen to £8.50! I do love a bargain!

I’ve had this top for years, I actually bought it in Scotland in New Look. It looked okay lovely over a shirt or jumper as I wore here, but also super on its own. The cable styles are in and out of fashion, and I’m not sure if they’re ‘in’ now but hey ho I’m still loving it. 

The dolly shoes are my favourites at the moment. They feel good on and don’t pinch or pull at all. I got these from Vinted but they’re originally an H & M product, are you a fan of the flat ballet pump?
