Good morning everyone. 

Happy Thursday. 

Can’t believe it’s the last month of the year, it’s flown by SO quickly hasn’t it. I think my time goes so fast because I’ve go so much to get done. I’m still helping out with the school run, doing my gym classes, Christmas shopping & planning for the festive period, and helping David in his work so with blogging, Instagraming and doing the housework there’s not a lot of time left to do much else. I’m hoping things will settle down after Xmas and I’m looking forward to the ‘down time’ over the holiday. 

I’m showing an outfit I wore to lunch last week. My sister and I took our mum to a local coffee shop for a bite to eat on Thursday and this is what I picked to wear.

Good morning my friends. 

How’s your weekend been?

I’ve had a very fulfilling one! I helped Sophie with her cake stall on Saturday. It was a Christmas market held in an entertainment centre at a local caravan park and she did really well. It was great to be inside as for the last one the stall was outside and it was very windy! We felt very content when we saw the wind and rain battering the windows when we were safely sheltered indoors and were quite thankful we didn’t have to venture out in it! By the time the event had finished the skies had broken and had given us a stunning sunset! 🌅  

She sold nearly all her bakes which included rocky road, brownies and blondies, cupcakes, cookies and old school sponge - she does make some tasty cakes and I obviously had to taste a cupcake (chocolate) just to make sure it tasted alright - lol! 😉

Yesterday was all about the new build. We’re getting through the plaster-boarding upstairs now and it’s beginning to really take shape. I can see the rooms looking more like rooms than spaces now and am excited to get to the next stage of having it plastered!
