Happy Thursday.
Can’t believe it’s the last month of the year, it’s flown by SO quickly hasn’t it. I think my time goes so fast because I’ve go so much to get done. I’m still helping out with the school run, doing my gym classes, Christmas shopping & planning for the festive period, and helping David in his work so with blogging, Instagraming and doing the housework there’s not a lot of time left to do much else. I’m hoping things will settle down after Xmas and I’m looking forward to the ‘down time’ over the holiday.
I’m showing an outfit I wore to lunch last week. My sister and I took our mum to a local coffee shop for a bite to eat on Thursday and this is what I picked to wear.

Are you a fan of buying from Vinted? I tend to have a scroll through a few times a week and have found some absolute bargains in the past. I’ve also sold loads on there too. It’s so easy to pop on and add a few items when I’ve got a spare few mins. If you’re familiar with the set up you’ll know that once you’ve been searching for an item the algorithm finds what you’re looking for and shows it to you before anything else.
One of the things I’ve been after is barrel leg jeans and these faux leathers popped up a few weeks ago and for a brilliant price (I think about £8) they became mine.
I bought a pair of cream jeans back in the summer and loved how they looked so thought a pair suitable for Winter would be a great addition, so when these arrived I knew they’d be a popular pair for casual and dressy events alike. It amazes me that people sell items on Vinted that are current. These are still available in store so I don’t know why someone wouldn’t take them back! Maybe they don’t have a receipt or they’re out of time or even just can’t be bothered, but fortunately for me they didn’t take them back and put them on Vinted so I got a bargain!!! 👏👏👏👏
The jumper is new too. It was kindly gifted by Blue Vanilla * and it’s gorgeous. It’s a fluffy knit that fits beautifully. It sits nicely on the waist and has a slight lurex thread running through it making it the perfect top for the festive season!
The trousers are a really flattering style and honestly suit everyone! I picked the shorter length which works well with my boots and these lovely court shoes. I’ll share these in more detail soon, but they’re a fabulous new addition from Lotus Shoes. *
