How can we be in September already. I’m still waiting for the wedding!! lol
Sophie is on her honeymoon in Thailand. The house is very quiet and for the first time in 38 years David and I are empty nesters! It’s going to take a lot of getting used to and I don’t feel I’m ready for this stage of my life at all! Any pointers and help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m getting the house back to normal, very gradually as there’s plenty of stuff still to pack away, sell on or just get rid of. I’m wait for Sophie to get back before I tackle that.
Back to the gym classes today which I’ve missed. Also my dancing classes have suffered so it’ll be good to get back to those. I’ve got a few items that I need to show off on here and IG, so do look out for some new season pieces along with a comfy pair of trainers. It’s actually exciting to start thinking of the new season isn’t it.
Anyway today’s post is a look back to what I was wearing and doing last month. I plan to share the wedding soon, I just need a bit of time to plan it. Something I think I’ll have plenty of now! 🤣
My first outfit of the month was one I couldn’t wear on my two weekends away because it’s a knitted dress. Do hop over to read all about my zigzag dress and see what I wore it with.
My next look featured some workout wear I was kindly gifted from Fanka. I’m really pleased with the fit, quality and feel of these striking pieces. I’m sure you’ll be just as impressed with them. Head back to this post for all the details.
A girl can never have enough bags can they and that’s what I’m sharing on this post, another stunning bag from Elie Beaumont. This suede bag will be a favourite throughout the coming months when darker tones will be more visible.
Have you heard about the company called Lintico? It’s all about linen pieces and I was lucky enough to share this unusual top with you last month. Do have a look at this post and maybe head over to see their other styles.
I was really busy this week. So didn’t get a chance to post, I was up to my eyes in wedding planning, the hen weekend and celebrating my 40th wedding anniversary in Sicily. But the following week I showed off another two piece from Lintico. I’m loving the feel and look of this soft linen and would love you to have a look and let me know your thoughts. X
