Styling Carrot Jeans.

Good morning my friends.
How’s your weekend been?

A very quiet one for me. Worked in the garden on Saturday and did absolutely nothing on Sunday, so nothing to report!

Do you remember last week’s post?  Where I mentioned I popped into town & came home with these super trousers. They’re from M&S and replaced a pair I took back. Well actually the pair I wanted were lit of stock, but I plan on getting them when they’re back in.

So this outfit just sort of came together after I’d been playing around with styles. Do let me know what you think.

Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments

I’ve got a big selection of jeans which are all sorts of styles, colours and fits. I’ve been through many different styles in the past but have only just jumped on the band wagon for the carrot or barrel versions.

So I thought it was about time to try them both out.
This white pair is a carrot style and are slightly narrower than a barrel leg. They finish on the ankle which makes them perfect to wear with trainers, sandals and even heels!

These have an-easy-to-wear elastic waist which makes them a dream to pull on and the fit nice and smooth. I’m surprised at how much I like them if I’m honest because I using for something with belt loops as I love wearing belts, but these are okay.
They also have big pockets! I love styles with pockets.

I also picked up a cute little vest top from M&S too. But this is a godsend as it’s got a built in bra! Doing away with a bra, especially in hot weather is brilliant and I’m going to get so much wear from this, I’ll probably get the other colours too - black and pink will be great staples for me.

Over the top I wore this bright jacket. It’s one I’ve worn loads of times and you probably remember seeing it with lots of outfits over the years - I’ve literally had it ages!

Many thanks for joining me here today. I really appreciate all your support.
Have a fun week and I’ll catch up with you on Thursday. Cheerio for now. X
