June Review.

Hello my friends.
I hope everything is good in your life.

All okay for me. It’s been really quite hectic. I think that’s because of the impending hen weekend, a trip to Sicily for my 40th anniversary and the wedding at the end of August which is over the bank holiday. I’m starting to get excited for the next few weeks. There’s lots to do and get sorted but sometimes when you’re busy you can get everything done and enjoy it!

I’ve had a great weekend. Saturday was spent in the garden. I’ve been weeding and trimming with David doing the harder jobs. We’re getting it ready for the wedding so it’s going to be full on at every opportunity. I need to keep on top of the weeds and grass cutting.
We had a 40th birthday party to attend on Sat evening. It was my twin nephew’s birthday along with one of their wife’s! All the family went except for my mum, and it was good to see them all enjoying themselves, and I even joined in with a few dance moves too - the grandkids liked that! It ended up a late night so I felt really flat yesterday. Fortunately there wasn’t anything to do so I had a relaxing day watching the F1 and debating whether to watch the football which was scheduled for 1am! I’ll add an edit to let you know if I watched it or not!
**Late Edit ** I didn’t watch the footy but loved seeing the result when I woke up this morning! 3 - 2 to England!!

To start the new month it’s time to look back on the June for the review.

Welcome to the June Review.

I started the month off sharing some stunning shoes from Paradox. These pink beauties are extremely comfortable on the feet and don’t you think they look great? You can see them & the matching bag here too!

My next post was all about … My long weekend in Keswick. It seems like an age ago. You can read about my lovely weekend with David in the Lake District here. It was a wonderful spending time with him in the beautiful setting and you can see where I visited en route too.

Do you like wearing comfortable jeans? Then this post is for you. I’m featuring Halara trousers and these easy to wear, classic styles are very popular, but don’t take my word for it grab a pair via my post here.

How about styling white trousers. Well if you need any inspiration do have a look at this post where I wore white wide leg pants with a canary yellow cami.

Are you loving the balloon trousers? I’m impressed with how good they look on and have acquired three pairs in the same amount of weeks. I hope you don’t tire of them because they’re be on repeat for the foreseeable.

Now I said don’t get bored of them, say hello to my second pair of balloon leg trousers. These are cream and more of a lightweight fabric so will be good for my holiday. I’ve got so many possibilities for these are you can find out where I got them from over on this post.

For the next post you can come with me to London and see what I sampled at The Lucky Cat for my birthday. It’s a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and I loved my evening especially the views, albeit a tad expensive!

Style Not Age June edition for my next post and Hilda’s challenge of “Summer loving, having a blast”. It features outfits that have been on repeat throughout the previous weeks and more-than-likely will be worn again and again throughout the Summer! Come let me know what you think of my pretty sundress.

Glad you could join me today.
Let me know what you’ve been up to recently.
Enjoy the new month my friends.
Bye for now. X
