Boarder Print Floral Midi - Chic & Stylish Linkup.

Today I thought I'd show you one of the dresses I took to Savoca recently.  You all know how much I love to take dresses with me when I go away, it just makes sense to me as pairing accessories is so much easier!

I’m in London today, at a press event, so I hope to share on stories where I am. Hope you’ll follow along. 

So this pretty floral looked a picture on my trip to Sicily and it certainly turned a few heads and got a couple of lovely compliments too.

This beauty wouldn't look out of place at a wedding or christening to be honest.  It's got such a pretty feminine feel and I certainly felt girly in this dreamy dress.  I love the unusual pattern.  The Izabel London midi has got a wide floral boarder that's mainly across the middle. These are pure heaven in stunning shades of pink, purple, lilac and blue and it's also got dainty pearl buttons running down the front of the dress and on either sleeve at the cuff too.  It's got a wide belt and if I'm honest would have preferred a tie one, but this fitted nicely and still looked great - what do you think?

This style of dress, with long sleeves and high neckline worked well for the weather we had in Sicily but had it been any warmer I’d have given it a miss. I find nowadays I have to pick the right time to wear a particular outfit as I get way too hot when it’s warmer so it was nice to find the temperature much more acceptable in late October. Having said that I preferred taking a break in late September like I did the year before last, as the days were much warmer so all my outfits were weather appropriate!

Took my faithful cream mules again. They’ve really been a brilliant pair of shoes and I can’t tell you the exact amount of times I’ve worn them, but I’ve certainly had my monies worth!
