It’s been another busy week in the Mummabstylish household with a trip to London interspersed with gym visits and visits from the kids. I’ve been lucky enough to visit a fantastic venue in London for the Damart AW25 preview event - the post will follow soon!

Today, with not much to report I thought I’d show an outfit I wore the other day but it’s a weather dependent outfit for obvious reasons. 

I love the neutral shades and often can be found donning outfits like this either wearing trousers, skirts or jeans. 

Now I know creamy shades can be a bit marmite but I still reckon they look timeless and can create classic styles. Do you ever wear neutrals like this?

You can easily switch this silky skirt for lighter coloured trousers, preferably wide leg styles to make this season appropriate. The new season is all about wearing layers for me and I can quite happily pop a tee shirt underneath when it’s a bit cooler, but the weather here now is fairly mild - apparently we’re having 25 ø tomorrow but it’s dropping by 10ø a few days later - how fun is that!

I’ve had the shirt for a while and these stripes are always in fashion really. I spotted one similar in Liberty’s the other day when I met up with Anna from Anna’s Island Style.  Although the price point was considerably more than I paid! 

Both the skirt and crochet jacket are from SHEIN. I know it’s kind of a controversial place to buy from but lots of their products are excellent quality and I tend to buy classic styles that won’t date very much so I keep things in my wardrobe to re wear again and again. I also tend to sell on Vinted or forward things onto charity shops so they don’t end up in landfill but get recycled!

The cream suede court shoes were gifted to me a lot of years ago and are deliciously comfortable as they designed with bunions in mind. Do checkout the full and fashionable styles Calla shoes offer, I can throughly recommend them. 

Keeping the coffee and cream theme going I took my tan tote out for a whirl. This leather beauty was kindly gifted to me from Teddy Blake and I believe this is a standard design that you can still find on the website!

I teamed gold jewellery with the creamy blend as it looks so good with these shades and the hard wear in my bag compliments my necklace beautifully.
