An Over Fifty Outift - Chic & Stylish Linkup.

Hello there. 

Thanks for stopping by my friends. 

A quieter couple of days so I’ve managed to get my head in the right space. There’s been more time for blogging and social media with my recent collaboration finished, I’ll share that soon. I’ve neglected to take photos though, not much to report new except a pair of suede boots, but I’ll photograph them in the next week. 

It’s my run of birthdays now, starting with my eldest daughters which is today. We’re heading over to her’s later to celebrate. I just hope there’s going to be cake and fizz. 

Today’s outfit was one I wore a few weeks ago, but it’s a style I like to call home for me. 🌸

Nothing you haven’t seen before here, but teamed together it’s another fabulous outfit that screams ‘me’.You know how much I love my jeans and this wide leg pair from H&M has held me in good stead for the few years I’ve had them. I reckon I’ve had these since 2024! Great value for money eh?

I ask you, do you love wide leg trousers with pointed toe footwear? It’s a look I feel right at home in and will mostly turn to when I want a dressed-up-casual look. 

I’ve been trying to wear more of my scarves in recent weeks. This one looks perfect with the colours I’ve picked as it’s got coral, blue and cream over it. The cream hobo bag is a super addition, and one I use a lot. It’s good to wear crossbody when I go shopping as slung across it gives me full hands free facility.

I popped on my new cable knit cardigan, it’s the one that matches my Cotton Traders dress.

The blouson style jacket has been a firm favourite since it arrived from Vinted. It’s got gathered shoulders creating a puffy effect which is repeated on the hem and cuffs. It’s a trending style that suits most shapes and the lighter shade works nicely for the Spring. I’ve found this one that’s similar.
