My Weekend!

Morning.
How you doing?

Well that’s been a busy weekend, fun and hectic too.
We’d had my daughter’s four kids to stay as they went away and aren’t back until tomorrow. It’s been really lovely to spend so much time with them. I admit to it being crazy mad busy but it’s been good too. Fortunately they spend a lot of time at ours, although they haven’t stayed overnight for ages. They feel relaxed here and treat it like home, which I love.

Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100 % my own honest comments.

We took the grandkids out for dinner yesterday. We used to go out quite a bit when the kids were younger, so it was nice to have little ones included. They were very good and were all excited to order their own meals and drinks and we all took it in turns to chat about different things we’d done over the weekend. Family times eating good food around a dinner table are some of the best times aren’t they. X

Anyhow today’s post is all about some new trainers.
I was very kindly contacted by the lovely people at Moschulu shoes who wanted to send me a pair of trainers from the new in section on the website. I liked lots of what I saw but settled on these fashionable leopard print pair.

I don’t own many pairs of trainers and they’re not something I’d usually choose but the mid tan colours & burgundy stripes over these caught my eye. I also love anything leopard print so it had to be this pair which are called Jess Pecan * have been discounted to just under £85!

I kept the trousers plain with an old pair I got from Primark. The wide leg relaxed style looks super over trainers and it’s a great outfit for general everyday wear. I popped on a skinny rib jumper in burgundy which complimented the stripe on my trainers nicely.

Do you like my jacket? It’s a little shower resistant purchase from Primark. At only £25 this workable jacket will be a welcomed addition come the showers, although it doesn’t have a hood which is a shame but the funnel neck is very on trend now so I’ll just had to add an umbrella, when the rain arrives!
I kept the colour theme going by adding this Teddy Blake bag in a delicious patent wine shade. You can read all about it here.

Good to have you here. Thanks so much.
Stop back on Thursday to join the linkup party - please 🙏.
Cheerio my friends. X
