September Review.

Good morning my friends.
How are you?

I can’t believe it’s a new month. I was literally looking through my new posts and soon realised it was indeed a new month and the first Monday means it’s a post to look back on the past month to see what I’ve been wearing.

I’ve had a super weekend and even managed to get the grass cut! It’s not too long but I had thought it wouldn’t need cutting again this year due to the drought in the UK. However with a little bit of rain and a lot of sun the grass sprouted as it the weeds! So I got both front and back grass done on Saturday so it’s nice and tidy now.

The weekend wasn’t too busy, grass cutting was the highlight! I had a little look at some fashion outfit ideas, I’ve got a new pair of white jeans that I can’t wait to style. You’ll be the first to see I promise!

Now let’s get back to the post, it’s all about my recent posts and what I’ve been doing and what I wore to do it in!

What would you wear to a Wine Tasting event? I picked a pretty polka dot dress to attend Chartham Vineyard for David’s birthday gift. The vineyard is local to us and we spent a wonderful few hours hearing about the grapes, how they came about and also got to taste the end result. Guess how many bottles we came home with?

Birthday party fun next. This is what I wore to a friend’s surprise 60th party. I’d planned the white trousers but wanted to wear a little crochet top I’d bought for a day out on The Orient Express YEARS ago, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I resigned myself to the fact I must have donated it to charity, but guess what? I found it on Friday whilst looking for a black jacket (which I now can’t find either!!)

Next stop, an outfit to wear to my daughters for dinner! I bought the polka dot halter neck for my weekend away to Sicily - too hot so don’t wear it and then I added it to my suitcase for the hen weekend in Salou and again too hot so didn’t wear it! I reckon it was worth the wait as it looks so good over my Halara trousers don’t you agree?

For my next post I shared my afternoon in London to attend the Laura Geller Press Day in The Coral Room in London. You can read all about my lovely visit where I meet some fab online friends, a couple who I’ve met before which is always nice when you go to these events. Have you been to any press days?

A proper Autumnal outfit followed. I shared a new skirt and jumper topping them off with a cute jacket from Damart. Do head over to find out all the deets about my fancy outfit.

Style not Age shared my next post, which is the final one for September. We were styling outfit and pieces that worked well in Summer as well as being able to wear them throughout the new season, either on their own or with other clothes. Let me know your thoughts on my balloon trousers, something you’d wear?

Thank you so very much for watching my post, do leave me a little comment as I enjoy to hear from you. Me for now. X
