Decided to start running again now the better weather is here (well sort of) just need to get the feet outa-the-door first! I know it's hard on the knees, but it really is a good all over work out for me, start up small and build up. I've never been much of a distance runner, but gradually built up to run a 5K for the Race For Life a few years ago so pleased that I actually completed it and ran all the way! So much so that I entered twice more and bettered my time, albeit only by a couple of minutes but felt very happy at also raising money for the charity. Not sure I'll enter this year, but maybe next year will be a different story. I have to add that if I can do it then anyone can!
