September Review.

Hi there my friends.
A huge welcome to you to my over fifty blog and also to October.
I'm psyching myself up to start my wardrobe change over.  I neglected to do it last season, so still have boots and sandals all mixed up as well as Winter trousers, jumpers and coats.  I got a bit out of sync due to Covid and lock-down restrictions, but want to get my wardrobe sorted this season.  I'm going to try to get this done in the next few weeks.

Another lovely day with the family yesterday, I had a roast beef dinner for 11.  There was plenty to go around as I'd bought a big fore rib of beef from a local butchers.  It just about fitted into my oven along with roast potatoes, roasted cauliflower (remember I'm following a Keto diet), yorkshire puddings and plenty of vegetables.  Of course we had my husbands 'special' red wine gravy to complete the meal.  It was a fabulous day and there was even loads of meat left so I can cook a chilli with the rest.

At the beginning of each month I share a review of the past month, so today you've arrived to find out all about what I wore last month, thanks for joining me for the ...
September Review.

Way back early in the month I was relishing wearing this beautiful dress I picked up on a trip to the seaside.  I love to wear pink and although I don't have much in my wardrobe I was thrilled to find this one in a little boutique and take it home with me.  You can read about my pretty pink buffet dress here.

I shared a fabulous yellow top with you all next.  I simply love this style of tunic top and felt that it should shine brightly and pair it with my neutral white trousers.  You can find out more about this outfit and see my fantastic shoes via this link.

In the middle of September I had a couple of Christenings.  My granddaughter's was one of them.  I found this striking midaxi dress in Covent Garden T K Maxx.  It's a very me style and I loved wearing it.  It's chiffon, floaty and very feminine - just how I like to look.  Let me know what you think my friends.

I survived a busy and stressful couple of weeks doing Jury service and didn't manage to put out a proper post all the time.  After completing my duty I was enjoying more relaxed surroundings.  I had a super meal out with hubby and my son, so here's what I wore.  Catch my post all about this elegant and chic dress I wore.

Another installment of At Home With ... was next.  I'm so pleased with how this series is going. You can read all about my latest contributor Gail here.  If you'd like to be featured do leave a comment or send me an email - I'd love you to join me.

Another pink look for me for the Style not Age challenge.  I had wanted to wearing some sort of pink dress but came home from a shopping trip with this trouser and blouse ensemble - looks super don't you think.  Catch all the details here.

Finally in September I shared another animal print blouse with you, although this time is was in a more casual way ... with jeans and a lightweight trench coat.  It was nice to be able to wear a jacket last week.  I do hope mother nature plays fair and lets us enjoy some nice dry and warmish weather so we can all wear our jackets and blazers don't you?

I'm over the moon that you stopping by today, do let me know in the comments box your thoughts.
Bye for now my lovely friends. X
